Met this one in a nightclub many years ago. Still can’t seem to get her out of my mind. Scary.
Kisses like lightning strikes
one flash then
bolt struck corpse lips
mesh and draw
tongues inhaled
Breasts like magnets
locknut nipples punching through
a too tight tee shirt
silk screamed neon exhortation
scrawled across her advertising chest
Head shorn
hard skulled
feminine as foreskin
fashionably false
Clown white face
tar black lips
newsprint negative
the colour of rage
Rings and chains through
gristle drilled and punched
to pierce and wrench at
too soft flesh
Screwed outdoors and in
love free sex
with violence for company
drink and drugs
fags and shags
and blind indifference
Dying with eyes that shout denial still
cartoon outlined
too bright, too white, not right
fighting back unthinkable tears
